“The Raw Main Event for Monday night has been announced.
Tag Team champions Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes will defend their titles against John Cena and Batista.”
“John Cena d. Cody Rhodes & Ted Dibiase when Rhodes submitted to the STFU (Cryme Tyme came to the ring after the match to back up Cena.)”

By order of the new general manager Mike Adamle, John was pitted against the tag team champions Ted Dibiase Jr and Cody Rhodes in a two-on-one handicap match. John Cena came out to a huge pop here, John Cena got the upperhand in the match and it ended with Cena locking in the STFU on Rhodes. After the match Cryme Tyme came down to the ring came down to the ring, and Cena hit the STFU on Dibiase Jr.

“We have known John Cena to be one of the best, and he has never stepped down from a fight before. But with SummerSlam just weeks away, his match against Batista might have him training twice as hard.”

10. Makes His First Video Game Appearance in Here Comes The Pain (2003)
Every wrestler we speaks to talks about how appearing in a video game for the first time was the culmination of one of their life's dreams, and Cena, a huge Command and Conquer fan, is no exception. As current IGN impresario Jeremy Dunham wrote in Cena's entry in that game's Smackdown Countdown, "He's also a huge fan of videogames (citing Gradius as one of his all-time favorites), an exceptional freestyle rapper (here's one he did about us specifically at WrestleMania XIX), and in the span of only three years has become of the fastest rising heels in all the wrestling world… Only in his 20s, we expect to see big things out of Cena in the future -- you should too." Not a bad prediction.
